The NXT Championship match between Oba Femi and Ricky Saints kicked off tonight’s NXT Deadline event, with Oba picking up the victory in the match to regain the NXT Championship.
Femi scored the pin with a Fall from Grace powerbomb and shook hands with Saints after the bell.
It was announced on the most recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown that the winner of Oba Femi vs. Ricky Saints would go on to face Cody Rhodes at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Now it seems that The American Nightmare vs. The Ruler is set for December 13th.
