Close to the end of the bout, Paxley hit Dame with a maneuver on the announce desk. Shawn Spears then appeared and gave her two dolls to pick from. Shawn pulled the head off her doll and he slapped her. Back in the ring, Izzy put her away with her finisher after hitting a big boot.
