Eva Marie comments on potentially returning to WWE.
Eva Marie made her return to WWE in 2021, heralding the arrival of “the Eva-lution” with a mission to help others. The return would see her align with Piper Niven, christening the Scottish star ‘Doudrop’, before the duo eventually began feuding with one another. With Eva Marie having parted ways with WWE in November 2021.
During her appearance on Unwrapped with Sonya Deville and Toni Cassano, Eva discussed her relationship with WWE and whether she would ever step back into the spotlight.
She said: “I always keep the door open just because I’d be silly not to. And I love performing. There’s nothing like it. If you want to talk about drugs and alcohol, that’s the biggest high.” She doubled down on how addictive that energy is for anyone who has felt it firsthand. “You see it too in superstars. They can’t let it go. Sometimes it’s like, ‘Okay, you should retire,’ but like, you can’t find that high anywhere else because it’s not… The WWE Universe is the best fan base. They’re crazier than ever, but they’re loyal too. So to be able to walk out into a 100,000-like-people arena… where are you going to get that?”
