An update has emerged regarding the status of Jacob Fatu.
On the October 17 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Jacob Fatu was seen laid out backstage moments before he was set to take on Drew McIntyre. The following day, it emerged via PWInsider Elite that ‘The Samoan Werewolf’ was recovering from a dental procedure, with the company hopeful he’d be back soon. Now, it seems like fans won’t have to wait much longer to see the Samoan Werewolf back again.
Bodyslam is reporting that WWE sources have indicated the company wants Jacob Fatu to have a breakthrough year in 2026. These plans were originally supposed to slowly begin before Fatu had to take time off for dental surgery. Fatu is expected to return to WWE programming in early 2026.
