Alberto El Patron (Alberto Del Rio in WWE) has reportedly been arrested again. According to La Razon, Alberto Del Rio was arrested in San Luis Potosí for alleged domestic violence. It was noted that Patron was arrested in Lomas del Tec subdivision, in the capital of San Luis Potosí. According to the report Alberto was accused of assaulting his wife and the woman was the one who called 911.
State Civil Guard officers reportedly arrested Alberto after they arrived at the scene, and the case is now under investigation.
This is not the first time El Patron has faced serious allegations. Back in May 2020, he was arrested by Texas authorities in 2020 and charged with one count of aggravated kidnapping and four counts of assault.
The charges were dropped in December 2021 due to the primary accuser failing to appear to testify at the trial which prevented The Bexar County District Attorney’s Office from moving forward with the case. Del Rio later claimed that the accusations were meant to be a type of extortion, which is why the accuser did not testify.
