Stephanie Vaquer Retains Women’s World Championship At WWE Survivor Series

Stephanie Vaquer defend the WWE Women’s World Championship against Nikki Bella at WWE Survivor Series Premium Live Event from Petco Park in San Diego, California.

Bella tried a cheap shot as the bell rang, but Vaquer came right back with a dropkick and proceeded to beat her up. However, Vauqer missed a knee drop on the apron, and Bella took over. 

Bella had control as the crowd watched silently, but they woke up momentarily when Bella set up for Devil’s Kiss. Vaquer countered and hit a back suplex. Vaquer went for Devil’s Kiss, but Bella rolled to the apron.

Eventually Nikki connected with the Rack Attack and Vaquer broke up the pin when she got her foot on the rope. Stephanie got Nikki Bella on top of the announce table then finally got her with the Devil’s Kiss. She rolled Nikki into the ring and hit her with the Devil’s Kiss again. Vaquer then followed up with the corkscrew splash to retain the WWE Women’s World Championship.

After the match Stephanie celebrated with the belt as Nikki tried to recover outside the ring.
