Clark Connors appears to be on the verge to sign with All Elite Wrestling. In late December it was reported that Clark Connors’ contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling was set to expire soon and he was exploring options for the future of his wrestling career.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp is reporting that his sources within All Elite Wrestling stated that Connors is currently expected to sign with the company imminently. Those spoken to reportedly stated that an offer is already on the table and is in the process of being finalized.
Sapp also notes that AEW officials are currently interested in signing David Finlay to a potential contract as well. Similar to Connors, Finlay’s contract with NJPW is also set to expire soon and he is also exploring options for his career’s future.
Connors has made multiple appearance for AEW since 2022 with his most recent being the January 31st episode of AEW Collision where he challenged Darby Allin in a singles match, but he ultimately lost to Allin.
