MJF then stops him before looking for a Heat seeker but Page stops him, maneuvering his way into the ring for a Dead Eye dropping MJF onto the barbed wire chair. He then hits his knee on the chair as well as he drops to the mat and the referee starts a count. Page is up pretty quick, but MJF narrowly gets back up at nine.
Page then stops him from using the chair, slamming it against the back of MJF as the crowd chants “one more time” and Page obliges with another chair shot. The count then reaches to five before MJF is back up, but Page sends him into the barbed wire chair in the corner with a fall away slam. MJF then rolls out of the ring for a breather as Page gets to his feet in the ring. He then climbs the turnbuckle with the chair in hand, but his moonsault goes awry when MJF gets out of the way and he takes the chair to slam it in Page’s face. He then sets the chair back in the ring as Page slowly gets into the ring. MJF then tries to set him up for a piledriver onto the chair, but Page counters out. He then knocks the chair out of the way before setting MJF up for a Dead Eye putting him through the table.
Page then gets onto the apron as the referee starts a new count on MJF, who once again narrowly gets back up at nine. Page then brings him over to the other side, looking to take him through the table set up earlier but MJF counters, setting him up for a tombstone piledriver through the table instead. MJF then hits his knees on the table as well and both men are down as the referee begins the count. MJF is back up at eight and Page gets up at nine only to drop back down. It’s enough to stop the count as MJF brings him back into the ring. Both men are back up and start slugging it out. MJF then ducks a clothesline, but gets taken down with a pop-up powerbomb by Page. Page then goes for a Buckshot Lariat but takes a thumb to the eye by MJF, but they go right back at each other before knocking each other to the mat. The referee with the count once more.
Both men then roll to the outside to get back to a standing position. They then each go for something under the ring apron and both pull out a light tube. MJF then calls for Page to get back into the ring, only to drop off the apron. He then retreats up the ramp as Page follows him. MJF then goes for a swing of the tube as does Page and eventually it’s Page who is successful as he cracks the tube over the back of MJF. He then grabs the other tube from MJF’s hand and cracks that one over the head for good measure.
The referee then only reaches a count of two as MJF gets up to walk away from Page, who follows him to the edge of the stage for some shots. MJF then dodges the last of these to head back down the ramp, but Page kicks him down to send him rolling toward the ring. A few more shots to the head before Page brings MJF back into the ring and Page grabs a handful of skewers from underneath the ring before stepping back in through the ropes. He then goes to attack MJF, but MJF stops him and they’re going back and forth to see who will take the skewers and MJF gets them jabbed into the top of his head. Page then follows it up with a Buckshot Lariat and MJF is down. The referee then starts a count.
MJF then rolls to the ropes, getting himself back up just in the nick of time. Page then lays him back out before grabbing a bag from under the ring, revealing a steel chain that he pulls out along with a double dog collar. He then straps one of the collars around MJF’s neck. He then puts the other one on himself, effectively turning this into another dog collar match as MJF realizes what’s going on just in time for Page to lay into him with the chain. With MJF knocked down, Page grabs another table from under the ring. He then sets the table up as the crowd chants “we want fire” and Page appears to entertain the idea as he asks who has a lighter. When that fails, he pulls out a barbed wire board from under the ring before setting it up on the table. The crowd is still chanting “we want fire” as Page asks for a lighter instead opting to go for a Dead Eye on MJF, but MJF blocks it.
They then fight back and forth on the apron now until MJF takes a boot to the face. Page then goes up to the middle rope and that turns out to be the most dangerous rope as MJF yanks the chain, pulling him onto the board as the table tips over. Page then gets another count of nine before he barely manages to get back to his feet. MJF then goes after him with the chain and the fight goes up the ramp and back to the stage. MJF then hits some right hands on Page until Page fights back, but MJF ducks once more, only to be pulled for a belly to belly slam that sends both men through a production table. We then get sparks and small explosions as the referee begins the count once more, reaching seven as he checks on both men.
The count then makes it to nine as both men fire back up, getting to their feet once more. Page then pulls the chain forcing MJF to walk on all fours as they head back to the ring to a “he’s a good boy” chant from the crowd. Page then sets up for a Buckshot Lariat and runs into a low blow by MJF. He then leaves the ring to grab his title from ringside, sliding back in as he looks to lay Page out with it and he does. The referee then starts a new count as Page is nearly motionless. The referee then reaches nine and Page makes it up to his feet swiftly. He then grabs the belt and lays MJF out with it and he heads to the apron looking for one more Buckshot Lariat.
MJF then denies him this and this might have been a shot to the head with his Dynamite Diamond Ring before choking him out with the dog collar. Eventually, he drops Page onto the pile of glass waiting on the outside and the referee begins the count reaching a full ten count before calling for the bell.
The winner of the Last Chance Texas Deathmatch and still the AEW World Champion, MJF!
After the match, Page is out cold as medics check on him. They then bring out a stretcher to assist Page, but MJF decides to gloat some more, standing over Page with the title up high as the Revolution PPV comes to a close.
