On the March 9 episode of WWE Raw, Bayley defeat Asuka, Ivy Nile, Raquel Rodriguez, IYO SKY, and Lyra Valkyria in a #1 Contender’s Gauntlet match for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
The order of entrants were Valkyria, SKY, Rodriguez, Nile, Bayley, and Asuka. The order of eliminations were Valkyria, Rodriguez, SKY, Nile, and Asuka.
As a result of her victory, Bayley will be facing off against AJ Lee for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship on the March 16th episode of Raw. That show takes place at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. Lee defeated Becky Lynch to capture the title at WWE Elimination Chamber.
