Tony D’Angelo vs. Dion Lennox Set For NXT Vengeance Day

Tony D’Angelo will battle Dion Lennox in singles match at NXT Vengeance Day on March 7th at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

This match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over the back and forth issues between D’Angelo and Lennox. During the March 3rd episode of WWE NXT, Orisis Grffen was seen laying on teh ground holding his arm telling Lennox and the rest of DarkState that D’Angelo had attacked him. This led to Lennox telling NXT Interim GM Robert Stone that he was going to teh ring to call out D’Angelo. Lennox came out to the ring and called out D’Angelo, which led to D’Angelo showing up in the crowd.

This led to some banter between the two that ended with D’Angelo issuing a challenge to Lennox for a match between them at Vengeance Day and Lennonx agreeing saying that D’Angelo better be ready the moment he sets foot on the property since he will attack him in the parking lot.

Later in the show, it was announced that this match was made official for NXT Vengeance Day.
