We are less than two months away from WrestleMania 42 and WWE has yet to officially confirm the Undisputed WWE Championship match for the Grandest Stage of Them All. Cody Rhodes has been feuding with Drew McIntyre since August of last year and it was rumored that Rhodes will be working with McIntyre at WrestleMania. However, it was also rumored that Jacob fatu could could be adding to the bout to make it a triple threat.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that Jacob Fatu has a lot of support within WWE creative regarding his involvement in the WWE Title scene for WrestleMania. There are also said to be that a number of departments that are facing deadlines to prepare WrestleMania materials, and there is panic in some of those departments in Stamford, CT as it’s feared that they’re falling behind with the preparation for those materials.
Cody Rhodes will be facing off against Trick Williams, Randy Orton, LA Knight, Je’Von Evans and Jey Uso inside the Elimination Chamber this weekend.The winner will go on to challenge Drew McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania.
Jacob Fatu is not in the Elimination Chamber match, So WWE officials must find a creative way to factor him into the existing feud between McIntyre and Rhodes.
