During WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in Montreal, Quebec, Canada Randy Orton, Trick Williams, Damian Priest and Sami Zayn all faced off in a fatal four way match to determine who would challenge Drew McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble.
The match starts off with all four men standing in their respective corners as they listen to the crowd. Trick then goes to the floor. Sami then avoids an RKO and he clotheslines Priest over the top rope and to the floor. Trick then pulls Sami to the floor and he hits some forearms to the back. Randy then hits a European uppercut to Trick followed by some forearms to the back. Priest then hits a splash off the ring steps onto Trick and Randy.
Priest then hits an elbow into the corner followed by a flying forearm in the center of the ring. Sami then escapes a suplex attempt and Priest kicks Randy. Randy then hits a thumb to the eyes and Priest is sent to the floor.
Near the end of the match Sami Zayn went for the Helluva Kick on Trick Williams, but Trick moved out of the way. Trick then went to the top rope and Sami knocked him down then went for a superplex. Damian Priest grabbed Sami and connected with a Razor’s Edge. He then set his sights on Trick Williams and they battled back and forth as Trick was standing the ring apron.
While Damian was distracted by Trick, Sami hit a Helluva Kick on Priest and pinned him to win the match. After the match, Drew tries to attack Sami, but Sami moves and he sends Drew to the floor. Sami then stands tall as the show comes to a close.
The WWE Royal Rumble will air live from Saudi Arabia on Saturday, January 31st and the current card can be seen below.
