Mercedes Mone has announced that she will be taking a break from AEW.
During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, a video aired featuring Mone seated on the floor in a room with cake all over herself after being humiliated by Babes of Wrath and Kris Statlander and slammed on it by Willow Nightingale at this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show. Mone talked about her record setting reign as TBS Champion and listed off all of her accomplishments. After some more words, Mone stated that she is taking a break from AEW and claimed everyone will miss her and when she returns, she is going to collect more than just titles.
