Liv Morgan returned to WWE at survivor series in Petco Park. San Diego.
In the very closing moments of the Intercontinental Title match at Survivor Series: WarGames, Liv Morgan returned and confronted Dominik Mysterio. Morgan had been away from WWE due to a shoulder injury that required surgery, which had been written into a storyline attack by Rhea Ripley. She completed rehab and was expected back in 2026, but her actual return took place at Survivor Series: WarGames.
Morgan slapped Dominik, then smiled at John Cena before jumping into his arms and kicking him low. Dominik followed with a 6-1-9, and Morgan then struck Cena with the title. Dominik finished the match with a frog splash and won.
After that, A new version of the women’s WrestleMania 42 commercial aired. The advertisement, which originally featured Jade Cargill, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY, and Tiffany Stratton, now includes Liv Morgan as well.
WrestleMania 42 takes place on April 18-19, 2026 at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. Individual event tickets for the show are now available.
