Becky Lynch exposed a dark secret about a male WWE employee.
During a recent appearance on Something’s Burning with Bert Kreischer. The former Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lynch revealed that women were warned explicitly about a particular male wrestler who allegedly used his status against female talent. The male wrestler, whom Lynch chose not to name, was known for allegedly using his power to control women’s careers depending on whether or not they agreed to sleep with him.
“At the time, it was also, stay away from the boys, don’t go near the boys. I’m not going to name names, but there was a guy on the main roster who was like, ‘Be careful, because one, he’ll try to sleep with you. If he sleeps with you, then he’ll blacklist you. If he tries to sleep with you and you don’t sleep with him, he’ll also blacklist you.’ So, there was this line that you had to walk, this tightrope.”
When Kreischer asked if he knew this person, Becky Lynch said, “You know him, definitely… At one point, he got my number and I remember being like, how do you walk this line?… So there was always this thing of… if you get into a relationship and things go south, they’re not gonna fire the guy. They’re always gonna fire the girl. So, it was a very, very scary thing.”
