Sol Ruca cleared to return to in-ring action.
Ahead of Halloween Havoc, Ruca announced that she is injured and couldn’t defend her NXT North American title against Blake Monroe. Instead Zaria stepped in to defend Sol’s title, with her coming up short and losing the match to Blake.
Sol would also end up vacating the Women’s Speed Championship due to injury, with a tournament taking place to crown the new champion, the finals of which will take place at Gold Rush next week.
Now On tonight’s WWE NXT show, Sol Ruca and Zaria met with Ava in her office, where Ava confirmed that Sol had now been cleared to compete, but warned Sol of the risk of her rushing back into the ring.
Sol went on and said that she wanted to return to the ring next week, and now she is set to face off against Blake Monroe for the NXT Women’s North American Championship.
